China’s Lu Yuanlin scored in the second quarter, but Pakistan fired back with a goal in the third quarter as Nadeem Ahmed put the ball inside the net in the 10th minute of the third quarter. The match went into a shootout, where China scored three goals, whereas, Pakistan failed to convert a single penalty.
India not in finals yet
Now, China has made it to the finals, while Pakistan will face the loser of the India vs Korea match, which will take place today. However, it’s not guaranteed that India will make it to the finals, as the team still has to play its semifinal against South Korea. India is expected to win the semifinal comfortably, as they were unbeaten in the tournament.
